“The beginning is the most important part of the work” ~Plato

And we are starting at the very beginning—at the most fundamental element toward change…EXPOSURE!

Exposure to the right information is immeasurable! You must be conscious of what you are watching! What you are listening to! What you are reading!

I think it is safe to say that the majority of the population is beginning to understand that Corporate Mainstream Media is not on our side. If anything, it conspires to harm us. It works to dumb us down and to distract us from real issues that affect us at a fundamental level.

So; where do turn to—right? Well I would like to share with you, what I think are the most valued sources of indespensible information. These sources will educate, inspire and motivate you. As you follow along with us, you will be able to follow along with many more.

My Absolute Top Choices:

The Alliance for Natural Health USA (ANH-USA) is part of an international organization dedicated to promoting sustainable health and freedom of choice in healthcare through good science and good law. We protect the right of natural-health practitioners to practice and the right of consumers to choose the healthcare options they prefer. Since 1992, we have worked to shift the medical paradigm from an exclusive focus on surgery, drugs, and other conventional techniques to an “integrative” approach incorporating functional foods, dietary supplements, and lifestyle changes. We believe this is the way to improve health and extend lives while reducing the costs of healthcare back to a sustainable level.
